A night out on the town is often finished with a doner kebab. Not only have you broken your diet with the extra alcohol, now you have the bright lights of the kebab shop beckoning you and luring you into temptation.
A kebab using lean meat, fresh salad, low fat yoghurt and mint dressing in pita is a good healthy meal. This is not usually what you find in a kebab shop though as lamb is usually fatty and a high fat dressing is often used.
For an alternative try a grilled chicken kebab or humus in pita bread.
