Tae Kwon Do is a dynamic, contemporary martial art. Tae Kwo Do combines Karate moves with sparring of kickboxing an judo, the movement is controlled, powerful and graceful. This martial art involves fast moving jumping and kicking and provides a good aerobic workout.
Tae Kwon Do also improves flexibility and stamina. Good coordination is required although this will improve with training.
Tae Kwon Do classes are available in most local areas. A local sports centre or gym should know the venue of a local Tae Kwon Do class.
