Spinning classes are quite the latest thing. Spinning classes are a very popular exercise class that can help you, burn fat, build and tone muscles and increase aerobic strength. Spinning classes are performed on stationary bikes in a gym or studio. The instructor starts the class with a warm up and then takes the class through a series of exercises ranging from, hill work to sprint races. Spinning classes last between 45-60 minutes they are not advisable for those who are unfit. Although not available at as many venues as traditional Aerobic Classes, Spinning classes are becoming more popular owing to incresed demand.
