Creator of Tae Bo, Billy Banks, has invented a hign-intensity class that combines martial arts and aerobic moves. The class is performed to music, like a traditional aerobic workout, but incorporates a lot of punches, kicks, dance steps and Tae kwon do based moves.
Tae Bo offers an excellent up-beat, high intensity workout which can help burn fat, build and tone muscle and provides an excellent cardivascular work out.
