Stomp classes are simmilar to the ever popular Spinning classes but are performed on a stepper, or stairmaster. Stomp classes are a very popular exercise class that are excellent for cardiovascular and musculoskeletal conditioning. Stomp classes can help you burn fat, build and tone muscles and increase aerobic strength.
Stomp classes are performed on steppers or stairmasters in a gym or studio. The instructor starts the class with a warm up and then takes the class through a series of exercises ranging from simple stair-stepping movements to arm combinations.
Stomp classes last between 30-45 minutes they are not advisable for those who are unfit.
