Skipping

Skipping is a great form of exercise which can help you strengthen and tone your body and burn fat.

A skipping rope is a simple form of exercise equipment that is very transportable - allowing you to work out regardless of location (a hotel room is as good as your own lounge!)

Skipping has moved on from the days of double dutch in the school yard and losing count. Rope has been replaced by highly durable plastic polymer and the wooden handles have been upgraded to rubber hand grips. Tanita have also introduced an innovative calorie counting skipping rope, the Tanita Calorie Jump records how many skips you have taken and the number of calories burned. Allowing you to calculate how long it takes to burn off certain foods.
