Judo

Judo is a contact sport and martial art. Judo is a good cardio work out which helps burn fat, improve flexibility, strenthen and tone muscle. Judo consists of fighting your oponent and using a series of throws and holds to defeat them in a specified time period.

A Judo class includes a combination of a warm up session, learning new holds and throws, practising existing holds and throws and combat activity. Judo is graded by belts from Yellow to Black and is a very popular competition sport.

Judo classes are a fun, dynamic way to exercise and can greatly improve your fitness and stamina.
