Fried Chicken and Dieting
Chicken is a low fat meat and is great for healthy eating and dieting. Take away fried chicken however is a different matter. Fried chicken usually consists of chicken with fatty skin coated in bread crumbs and fried. Each piece quite high in calories and fat (approximately 250 calories 10-15g of fat). Add to this french fries and coleslaw and the calories and fat start mounting.
Try grilled chicken, or remove the skin as an alternative.
