Thai Food and Dieting
Thai food can be a good choice when dieting. Many of the dishes are rich in vegetables and offer a good source of protein and carbohydrate. Avoid fried food and creamy coconut based curries for example Thai green curry.
Fried rice should be avoided choose boiled or steamed rice as an alternative. Thai salads are often a good choice also. Choose a prawn, chicken, tofu or vegetable based dish .
