Steppers

Steppers work by simulating the action of repeated clinmbing up a staircase. The steepness of the staircase can be adjusted via various controls on steppers.

An advantage of steppers is that they are readily available in high street stores as well as on the internet - however you may find that the range of exercises you can do on it is limited.

That said, if you are interested in firming your buttocks, or working on your general fitness and cardiovascular system then a stepper might be just what you need.

Steppers - How to get yours home from the shops

Getting this piece of equipment home is very difficult - don't even consider carrying it, and with a good one you may have trouble fitting it in the average car. Better to order it online or order from a shop who can deliver(see panel on right!).
